Prepare to sweat and feel the burn in this fast-paced camp. Total Body Burn is designed to stimulate cardiovascular and muscular endurance by getting the heart rate up and keeping it there.
Total Body Blast is a 30-minute high-intensity, Tabata-style circuit class. We've designed it to be the most effective, efficient workout you can do in that time frame.
Create explosiveness with our Total Body Power camp. a combination of heavy compound lifts, plyometrics, and calisthenics will leave you feeling powerful.
Looking to tone up? Total Body Build is designed to grow muscle fibers through hypertrophy. This is a volume-based class where you'll lift weights, and see supersets, compound sets, and giant sets.
Try Total Basic Boxing or Total Cardio Boxing for beginner-friendly classes. Total Cardio Boxing adds high-intensity segments to amp up your heart rate! Stay tuned for advanced classes for those training for Golden Gloves.
